About Samples

  1. You send us the sketches or pictures of the clothing you want to make.
  2. We send you the costs for the samples and the estimated costs for bulk order.
  3. You place the sample order.
  4. Our designers confirm with you about the details and create the tech packs for you to check.
  5. We buy the fabrics according to the tech packs.
  6. We make the samples according to the tech packs.
  7. We send you the pictures to confirm
  8. We post the samples to you.

We can make samples from cotton cloth, linen, silk, wool fabric, etc.

Usually, we suggest proper fabrics for certain types of designs.

If you have any other choice, feel free to let us know.

We charge for samples, usually around USD80.00-200.00 for a sample, and there will be an extra cost for tech pack services. For the details, you can check our SAMPLE PRICES page.

Delivery time depends on the complexity of the clothes design and the availability of raw materials. Typically, samples are delivered in 7-30 days if all raw materials are available.

We use courier services to deliver samples at your cost.

You can also pick up the samples at our factory yourselves.

Yes, logos are available.

We can put your logo on the label and garments.

If you order the tech pack service, we can modify the samples once for free.

If you don’t order the tech pack service, then you need to provide us the accurate info. If you want to modify the samples, there will be some extra cost.

About Orders

Usually, our MOQ is around 50 pieces per style per color.

For small items like bikini or seamless garments, our MOQ is 200 pieces per style per color.

We offer OEM and ODM services. You are welcome to send us pictures or samples of clothing models for new model development.

We can put your logo on labels, tags, and garments.

We can accept logos in PDF, JPG, and PSD formats.

The typical delivery time is 20-45 days after our receipt of your deposit, but delivery time may vary due to order size and the factory’s production schedule.

About Terms & Services

We work on EXW, FOB, CIF, and CIP terms. If you would like to work under other terms, let us know, and we’ll do what we can to accommodate you.

Typically, payment terms are T/T or L/C, but we may work under other terms depending on the situation. 

For small orders, less than USD2,000.00, we require full payment before production.

For orders worth more than USD2000.00, we require a 50% deposit before production begins and the remaining 50% before shipment.

Yes, we offer shipping services to our customers. Because we have well-established relationships with shipping agents, we can offer the best shipping rates.

But we can’t send you the shipping cost before we finish the production because we don’t know the weight and volume.

We can offer customs clearance service in China to customers who require it. We have experience international trade professionals on staff who are happy to take this complicated and tedious task off your hands.

We offer sourcing services that can free you from the details of the order process. Our goal is to ensure that you’re satisfied with the process from beginning to end.
