Introduction

Welcome to the Clothing Line Incubator Project, an initiative aimed at assisting up-and-coming fashion designers in establishing their own brands. We offer a comprehensive range of services, encompassing sample creation, mass production, logistics, marketing support, and a thriving community of like-minded designers.

Application Process

To be a part of the Clothing Line Incubator Project, kindly complete the APPLICATION FORM at the end of the page. Subsequently, our team will evaluate your submission and reach out to you if your application is approved. We encourage you to explore our growing community of designers who have successfully launched their brands with us.

Please bear in mind that all design submissions must be original and free from copyright restrictions. You maintain full ownership of the intellectual property, and we will need your permission to feature your designs on our website.

Sample Development

Upon acceptance into the program, you will be requested to provide your designs and cover the sample costs. We will then produce samples based on your specifications. While we strive to stay faithful to your vision, we may need to make practical alterations to bring your designs to life.

Bulk Production

After samples are created and modified, we will initiate small-scale mass production (typically six pieces, with two pieces each for sizes S, M, and L). We will then professionally photograph the products and list them for sale on our retail platform, HighTrast.

Sales, Stock Replenishment, and Order Fulfillment

Subsequently, we will dispatch the products to our warehouses in either China or the USA and commence sales. We will handle all order fulfillment from our retail store. We will also ensure that stock levels are replenished based on sales, and this will be covered at our cost.

Revenue and Payments

At the start of each month, we will send you a detailed report of the revenue generated last month. At the end of the following month, you will receive 10-20% of the revenue generated. Please note that the percentage may be subject to change based on our business performance, and we will notify you if there is any change. Rest assured, we believe in rewarding your hard work.

Offering Discounts

You have the option to offer a discount on your products. This can enhance sales and promote your brand. We also provide guidance on pricing strategies to maximize your brand’s potential.
